truly underrated within swedish columbia's lineup, and i'm glad i got the very last tape for this release. also that motif is great, and hits me on the head everytime i realize it's the one.

This release is so slept on it might as well be a dungeon synth microgenre for the amount of attention it got. That's a shame, because it's the only good thing about iOS.

soundtrack to the award winning iOS game, Kensho (created by Wefiftytwo). An addictive puzzle game that unfolds through breathtaking landscapes Kensho is a visually stunning gamethat takes place in a surreal world.
Ratvader’s accompanying music reflects the dream-like narrative, creating an album of pastoral electro-acoustic music that swells and ebbs like wind through the trees of a forest.
That description is not just metaphorical as the enigmatic producer actually was inspired and composed the music while living in a cabin in the woods of remote Värmland (located in central Sweden).

I have had as long appreciation for El Huervo's music but never dived deeply into his larger projects. I can safely say your time won't be wasted with this LP. It's a fun, deep album that deserves its praises.

"Escalator" gives me vague memories of my childhood, the innocence of everyday life. "Burn" makes me think about memories, and the fear of forgetting them. "Too late" reminds me of the different stages that I went through, of those transitions that we don't realize that things change so much, until it's too late to realize that those stages are left behind. "Whimp" Reminds me how hectic life can be, and that the only way for this to end is to die.
